Return Policy

We want you to love everything you bring home from Little-ish. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

What we accept We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging and condition. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Final sale items The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Sale items
  • Monogrammed or personalized items
  • Apothecary and beauty-related items (opened or unopened, due to hygiene and safety concerns)
  • Special orders

How to start a return Email us at hello@little-ish.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Return shipping Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Little-ish is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.


Frequently Asked Questions

How will I be refunded? Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a store credit code via email, which can be applied toward any future Little-ish purchase. If you requested an exchange, your new item will ship as soon as your return is processed. During peak seasons, additional processing time may occur — we appreciate your patience and will always do our best to move quickly.

Do I need a receipt? A physical receipt is not required. As long as you can provide your order number (found in your original order confirmation email), we can verify your purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

What if my return is declined? If your item does not meet our return eligibility requirements or falls outside the 14-day window, we reserve the right to decline the return and send the item back to you. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before sending it in.

What happens with BOGO or promotional purchases? If you return part of a promotional offer (such as a "Buy One, Get One" deal), we may adjust your store credit accordingly. For example, if you return the purchased item but keep the free one, the value of the free item may be deducted from your credit.

What if my order included a free gift or gift card? If your order included a free gift or gift card tied to a qualifying purchase, and you return that qualifying item, we may require the return of the free gift or deduct its value from your store credit. These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis — don't hesitate to contact us with questions before initiating a return.

What if my item was subject to a manufacturer's recall? Please email us at hello@little-ish.com and we'll work with you directly to find the right solution, which may include an exchange or store credit depending on the circumstances.
